How do you position an engineering centre by an
industrial giant in order to acquire young talent ?

By emphasising the impact of the work and fostering a
sense of belonging to something greater.

Uno Minda approached us to build a brand for their engineering centre that would be aspirational, cutting edge and modern. Their goal was to make this centre an innovation hub for the automotive segment in India, by attracting the brightest minds and providing the best opportunities. We created a bold wordmark that was cutting-edge and stood for confidence, tenacity, and confluence of talent & ambitions.

The brand essence coined: “Driven by Ingenuity” – to show the spirit behind the brand.
Ensuring the brand essence and language permeates to every touchpoint for new talent and team members, we designed a range of office collateral to drive home the pride and the feeling of the brand.

The visual language was inspired by the crops of the identity along with patterns created with sharp lines, dots, and dashes.
