Trained as a lawyer, Aditya obtained his degree from the University of Pennsylvania, USA, and currently focuses extensively on the business growth strategies.

With over 14 years of experience in branding, Manu (as we call him) is our Creative Genius. A gifted artist, he perceives design as art with a purpose. His core strength lies in transforming robust strategies into captivating visual narratives. Manu has a deep interest in type design, product design, and experience design, and he leads typography and modular type design workshops. His type design project was showcased in Eye Magazine in Autumn 2013.

Apart from his professional work, Manu enjoys delving into the fields of fine arts and robotics. He graduated in Applied Arts from Pune University and pursued postgraduation at the London College of Communication, specializing in Graphic Design and Typography.

Sabista is a brand and marketing strategist who loves turning ideas into stories people actually care about. Equal parts curious and creative, she digs deep into culture and consumer behavior to shape strategies that stick.She believes brands shouldn’t just sell; they should spark conversations, make you feel something, and maybe even make you smile. With her mix of insight, intuition, and a dash of wit, Sabista helps brands find their voice and use it in a way that feels real.

Bhumika, our brand manager,  enjoys bringing ideas to life with storytelling and creativity. At Firebrand, she blends strategy, communication, and project management, collaborating with clients and designers to turn ideas into impactful work. She believes in the power of fresh ideas and collaboration, bringing together different perspectives to create work that matters. With experience across Finance, Food Tech, and Banking, and a background in Sales, Business Development, and Strategy, she brings a versatile perspective to problem-solving and believes every business thrives on thoughtful strategy. Outside of work, Bhumika enjoys exploring her creative side through painting, reading, and cooking, while also nurturing her love for meeting new people and honing her communication skills.

Sunidhi, our senior marketing executive, brings together strategy, content, and creativity to build meaningful brand presence. With expertise in content creation, social media management, and branding, she ensures communication stays clear, consistent, and impactful across platforms. She believes in collaboration and adaptability, turning challenges into opportunities while working closely with teams and clients to craft strategies that truly resonate. Jason, our self-taught designer with a passion for continuous growth. Proficient in graphic design, he enjoys creating compelling visuals and enhancing visual communication through typography.
